Perfect spot for shopping
Loved the location, super convenient for hitting up the Westfield. just a quick walk away! Room was okay, but man, it was hot at night without any AC. Also, had a decent breakfast every morning—just wish there were more options. No complaints about the bar, great spot to chill after a long day!

Location works for a quick stay—it's a short stroll to Shepherd's Bush station and close to Westfield Shopping Centre. The design of the rooms makes the most of the space, ensuring a clean, modern vibe that feels fresh during a visit.
The area outside isn't the best—dirty streets, and I ran into a few beggars and drunks late at night. The room felt a little basic. thin duvet, not enough tea and coffee, and I had to deal with a malfunctioning lift one morning. Breakfast was disappointing with rubbery hash browns and a poor selection for vegetarians, alongside drinks from a machine that lacked variety. It would’ve been nice to have a simple phone in the room and some hand towels available. Plus, there wasn’t much in terms of amenities—just basic necessities without any frills.

Convenient, Convenient, Convenient
I experienced the most convenient location with quick access to the tube, making exploring a breeze! The room was impressively spacious, featuring a work desk and a cozy sofa that made my stay extra comfortable. Plus, the soundproof windows provided a peaceful night's sleep, even with all the city buzz outside!

The room was super clean and I loved the eco-friendly bamboo key card they provided. We really enjoyed lounging by the pool and sipping drinks at the bar. The only hiccup was the heating, as it didn’t work well at night, but the staff quickly offered an extra duvet. 😊

The location near Shepherds Bush station made it super easy to explore London. The room felt spacious enough for one, and the bed was comfortable with great support. Shower had excellent water pressure, which I appreciated after a long day. Staff at the front desk checked me in quickly and were friendly throughout my stay. I really liked that there’s a shopping center nearby for quick snacks and essentials. Breakfast had a decent variety but could definitely use more options. I ran into a bit of trouble with the Wi-Fi. it was slow and sometimes disconnected, which wasn’t ideal for catching up on work. It would’ve been nice to have a mini fridge in the room for cold drinks. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory, just a basic stay with nice amenities and good service overall.

The staff were nice, and the breakfast selection was impressive, featuring organic vegetables. However, I encountered two power outages during my stay, which was frustrating. The room was clean but small, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, detracting from the overall experience. Conveniently located, the hotel is near restaurants and a shopping mall, making it a decent budget choice.

The organic chicken at nearby The Meat Co was absolutely succulent, a real gem of a find! The staff were super friendly and kept the place spick and span just like I like it.
I prefer chillin' with a drink in comfy chairs, but the high chairs near the TV just don't cut it. Plus, the pub area feels a bit empty and unwelcoming, like it’s on a permanent coffee break.
